The European Investment Bank registered its first ever digital Climate Awareness Bond on LuxSE's SOL. Displayed on LGX, the SEK 1 bn green bond uses the so|bond model, a sustainable and open digital bond platform built on blockchain technology.

In the presence of HRH Grand Duke Henri, the 40th edition of the Stock Exchange Day celebrated the 60-year anniversary of the listing of the very first Eurobond on our exchange and offered the audience insights into the trends shaping the future of capital markets, including the role of sustainable finance in private markets and the economic impact of the energy transition.
JOINING FORCES WITHABU DHABI SECURITIES EXCHANGE

We recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) to establish a framework of cooperation between our two exchanges.
The MoU aims to facilitate the dual listing of financial instruments, maximise access to European, Middle Eastern and international investors, expand pre- and post-listing services, provide access to training programmes on sustainable debt products, and leverage ESG data to enhance issuer and investor engagement.

GSS bonds in developing countries
Built from data extracted from the LGX DataHub, the new OECD report explores how members can coordinate more strategically to support sustainable bond market growth in developing countries, focusing on five policy areas with recommendations.
Uruguay's first SLB annual report
Uruguay recently published the first annual report of its sustainability-linked bond (SLB) displayed on LGX. The report gives an update on the two KPIs, tracks the progress towards the SPTs, monitors the level of ambition and assesses the contribution to global climate efforts.
ZOOMING IN ON NEW DISPLAYS
A new USD 500 m green bond from China Construction Bank was displayed on LGX. The proceeds will finance projects linked to energy efficiency, pollution prevention and renewable energy amongst several others, covering 7 different SDGs.
Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. brought a EUR 500 m green bond to LGX. The proceeds will finance six different categories of projects with a positive environmental impact. In their Green Bond Framework, the banking group refers to eligible activities for each category according to the EU taxonomy.
